In addition to the Pink Paislee's papers & embellishment, I've used a frame, Dymo tape, some coloured waxed strings, distress inks, crackled paints, flock & Spellbinders & Heartfelt creation dies. Here are the Spellbinders & Heartfelt creation dies that I've used:
HCD 704 - Perfect petals die
S4-291 - Nestabilities Label Fifteen
S4-292 - Nestabilities Beaded Circles
S4-304 - Nestabilities Eyelet Circles
& this is the album I did.....
The cover of the gate fold album. The album is permanently glued onto the frame so that 1) it is not so flimsy as it's a fairly large album & 2) it's unique & can even be hung on the wall. Cool huh?
Close up of the front. I glued a pc of chipboard die cut onto a Spellbinders die cut shape (S4-292 - Nestabilities Beaded Circles) & beautify it with flock & inks. I love Spellbinders dies. Not only are they versatile & pretty, 1 single die can cut as well as have an option for you to emboss. Unfortunately, due to the quality of my photo, I don't think I did the die justice cos you can't see the embossed area clearly. =P
Once you open up the "gates", you will be greeted by several different sizes of pages & photos. This photo is what you'll see in the center of the album. There's another slim page where the "Family" word sits....
On the right page, you'll see the photo of Chloe & me. Added the banners for an extra touch of "birthday madness".
On the left page, I've added a mini flip album which holds 3 pages of photos.
Here's how it looks when you flip the album.
Flip open the "Cupcake" page & this page reveals photos of family.
& flip the "Family" page, you will see another page entitled "Friends" & a final base page of Chloe enjoying her cupcake =D
Behind the "Friends" page, there's yet another surprise photo! See the beautiful corner flourish, that's the Heartfelt Creations die(HCD 704 - Perfect petals die). Nice ya?!
The FINAL base page is a short description of Chloe savoring her chosen cupcake. This is the left side of the page.
& this is the right side of the page. =D
I love this, dear!
